General conditions of sale

1. Subject matter
The General Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of photographic prints, i.e. the printing of a photograph on a paper or other medium (Dibond Alu)
2. Price and payment
- Price in euro (including VAT).
- Secure payment by credit card (via Stripe platform)
3. Command
- Shopping cart validation → payment → confirmation by email.
- Stock of 30 copies in total by printed photograph
4. Delivery
- Time limits: 5 to 7 working days after confirmation.
- Shipping costs: free shipping (included in final price paid)
- Follow-up via parcel number sent by email.
5. Guarantees
- Draws protected against manufacturing defects,
- printed by PICTO Lab in Paris

6. Return & Refund
Each print is custom made by the laboratory and specifically according to the format and finish chosen by the customer, after confirmation of his order.
In the case of an order whose manufacture is performed specifically, according to the customer's instructions, the return is unavailable. The customer waives his right of withdrawal of 14 days.
7. Intellectual property
- The photographs remain the property of Michel Jambon
- No reproduction without written permission.
8. Disputes
Mediation through [consumer mediator] or competent courts (France)
